01 — The problem

Hiring is where the growth plan stalls.

Every quarter you don't fill the seat is a quarter of pipeline you don't get back — and the cost is never just the salary.

01

Months before the seat produces

A job post, sixty résumés, four interview rounds and a ramp. By the time the seat performs, the quarter is already gone.

02

The training tax

Your best closers stop closing to coach new hires. It never appears on a salary line, but it is the most expensive cost you carry.

03

Churn resets everything

A rep leaves in month seven and the pipeline goes cold. You restart the search and pay the ramp a second time.

02 — The roles

Four seats. Filled, trained and managed.

Each one arrives briefed on your product, your objections and your tools — and works inside your systems from day one.

01Pipeline

Sales Development Representatives

They create first contact at volume, qualify hard, and hand your closers a calendar that is already warm.

What they doWhat you get
Cold callingLive conversations with decision-makers every working day
Email sequencesA pipeline that keeps filling outside your team’s hours
LinkedIn outreachHigher reply rates from named, researched accounts
Lead qualificationOnly better-fit prospects reach your closers
Data enrichment & CRM hygieneClean, complete records you can forecast from
02Revenue

Account Executives

They take a qualified conversation and turn it into signed, renewable revenue — on your pricing and your process.

What they doWhat you get
Discovery callsReal qualification before anyone builds a proposal
Demos and product walkthroughsBuyers who understand what they are paying for
Proposals and pricingFaster decisions and fewer stalled deals
Negotiation and closeSigned contracts with protected margin
Pipeline forecastingA number you can plan the quarter around
03Retention

Customer Service Agents

They keep the accounts you already won from leaking out the back — across phone, chat, email and ticketing.

What they doWhat you get
Inbound phone, chat and emailAnswered in minutes, not next business day
Ticket triage and routingNothing sits unowned or falls through
Proactive account check-insProblems surfaced long before they become churn
Escalation handlingYour hardest conversations handled calmly and on record
Knowledge base upkeepEvery new hire ramps faster than the last
04Expansion

Business Development Executives

They open the markets, partners and accounts that are not in your CRM yet — and grow the ones that are.

What they doWhat you get
Market and territory mappingClarity on where the next dollar actually is
Partner and channel outreachDistribution you do not pay for per click
Off-market deal sourcingOpportunities your competitors never see
RFP and bid supportMore shots on goal, professionally answered
Account expansionGrowth from clients you have already earned
03 — What's included

The whole operation behind the seat.

Tooling, quality, compliance, reporting and people management are not add-ons. They are the reason the seat performs.

01

Technology & enablement

Dialer and CRM stack set up and integrated for you — Salesforce, HubSpot, sales engagement platforms and outbound dialers
AI-assisted tooling: call transcription, sentiment analysis, auto-summarised notes and coaching prompts fed back to reps in real time
Data enrichment access built into the workflow — contact and account data included, never billed separately
Reporting pipelines wired into the systems your team already works in
02

Talent search & recruitment

Industry-specific sourcing from talent pools built around trucking, insurance and IT — not a general job board
Structured screening: live call testing, written assessment, reference and background checks
You interview a shortlist, not a pile of résumés — and you keep the final say
Replacement sourcing runs continuously so the bench is never empty
03

Training & brand voice

Pre-deployment training on your product, objections, tools and process — completed before day one, at our cost
Brand and voice training so reps sound like an extension of your team, not a call centre
Ongoing enablement as your pricing, product and market change
Certification checkpoints before a rep touches a live account
04

Quality & performance

QA scorecards with call and chat monitoring, plus structured coaching loops that explain why the numbers moved
Speed-to-lead SLAs — first touch within minutes of a lead arriving
A/B testing of scripts and sequences, with results reported back to you
KPIs agreed at intake and reviewed every week against target
05

Continuity & risk reduction

Bench and backup staffing — a trained reserve so a sick day or resignation never leaves a seat empty
Fast, free replacement if a rep is not the right fit
Redundant shift coverage across time zones for extended-hours or round-the-clock support
Documented runbooks so account knowledge stays with you, not with one person
06

Compliance & trust

Industry-specific compliance handling — DOT and FMCSA awareness for trucking, licensing and conduct basics for insurance
SOC 2-aligned data security practices for technology clients
NDAs, role-based access controls and audited permissions your compliance team can point to
A managed, monitored on-site working environment — not unsecured home networks
07

Visibility & reporting

Real-time client dashboards: pipeline, meetings booked, response rates, tickets resolved and SLA attainment
Weekly and monthly business reviews with a dedicated success manager, not just the rep’s team lead
Call recordings and transcripts available to your team on demand
Attendance and adherence reporting, so utilisation is never a guess
08

People, payroll & culture

Payroll, benefits, contracts and statutory compliance all on our books
Career pathing from SDR to AE to team lead, so top performers stay instead of job-hopping
Recognition and rewards programmes, growth and bonus plans tied to the KPIs you care about
Wellness and engagement: mental health support, team events and tenure bonuses
04 — How it works

Five steps from intake to output.

01

Intake

One call to define the role, the tooling, the coverage hours and the numbers that matter.

02

Search

We source and screen against your profile, then bring you a shortlist to interview.

03

Train

Product, objections, systems and brand voice — completed before the first live conversation.

04

Deploy

They join your standups, CRM and channels, working your hours under your name if you want it.

05

Manage

QA, coaching, reporting, payroll and cover run continuously on our side of the line.

07 — FAQ

The questions we always get.

Ask us directly
Are the reps dedicated to us, or shared? +

Dedicated and full-time. They work your hours, in your systems, on your accounts only — and they can operate under your name, email address and domain so it reads as fully in-house.

Who manages performance day to day? +

We do. A team lead runs coaching and QA, and a dedicated success manager owns the commercial relationship, the weekly numbers and the business reviews with you.

Will they follow our playbook? +

Yes. Scripts, sequences, objection handling and tone are trained from your material. Where we test alternatives, we A/B them openly and report the results back to you.

What tools are included? +

Dialer and CRM setup and integration, sales engagement tooling, AI transcription and coaching, and contact data enrichment. If you already run a stack, we integrate into it instead of duplicating it.

What happens if a rep is not the right fit? +

We replace them at no cost to you. Trained bench staff cover the seat in the meantime, so outreach and support do not pause while the replacement ramps.

How do you handle compliance and data security? +

NDAs, role-based access controls and audited permissions as standard, SOC 2-aligned practices for technology clients, and industry-specific handling for trucking and insurance. Everyone works from a managed, monitored on-site environment.

Can we scale up for a launch or peak season? +

Yes. Surge staffing spins up additional reps quickly for launches and seasonal peaks, and scales back down afterwards without severance or legal exposure on your side.
