Privacy policy
Last updated 29 July 2026
This policy explains what personal information Alchelyst collects through this website and in the course of providing managed sales, support and business development teams to our clients, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Alchelyst provides dedicated, fully managed offshore teams — sales development representatives, account executives, customer service agents and business development executives — to client businesses. For information you submit through this website, Alchelyst is the controller of that information. Our contact details are at the end of this policy.
Information we collect
- Enquiry details you give us. When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, business name, industry, email address, phone number and anything you write in the message field.
- Information from direct contact. If you email, call or meet with us, we keep a record of that correspondence and of what was discussed, so we can follow up properly.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
- Candidate and client-account information. If you engage us as a client, or apply to work with us, we process the information needed to run the engagement — recruitment records, contracts, contact details for the people we work with on your side, and performance data for the reps assigned to you.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not buy consumer marketing lists to build this site's contact records.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, scope the role you are hiring for and prepare a proposal.
- To deliver and manage the service you have contracted us for, including staffing, training, quality assurance and reporting.
- To meet our legal, tax, employment and contractual obligations.
- To keep our systems secure and investigate misuse.
- To send you service updates about an engagement you have with us. We will only send marketing email where you have asked for it or where it is permitted for an existing business relationship, and every such message includes an unsubscribe option.
We rely on your consent where you have given it, on the performance of a contract where we are delivering a service to you, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business — balanced against your rights — for the remainder.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who operate parts of our stack under contract — form handling, email, CRM, dialer, cloud hosting, analytics and payroll. They may only process the information on our instructions.
- Clients, where the information relates to an engagement we run for them — for example call recordings, transcripts and performance reporting for the reps on their account.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where we are required to disclose information by law or need to establish or defend a legal claim.
Alchelyst operates across Canada and Pakistan, so information you give us may be stored or processed in either country, or in the regions our cloud providers operate. Where information moves across borders we put appropriate contractual safeguards in place with the receiving party.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become an engagement are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick the conversation back up, then deleted. Client and engagement records are kept for the life of the contract and for as long afterwards as tax, employment and contract-limitation law requires. Call recordings and transcripts are retained under the schedule agreed with the client in their contract.
How we protect it
Access to personal information is restricted by role and audited. Staff work from a managed, monitored environment rather than unsecured home networks, are bound by non-disclosure agreements, and receive security training. Data in transit is encrypted. For technology clients we follow SOC 2-aligned practices. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your information and the risk is material, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the page to function. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before it goes live and, where consent is required in your jurisdiction, we will ask for it first.
Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. To make a request, email us at the address below; we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority — in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated directly to active clients.
